Essential Oils
Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants that have therapeutic properties. They:
- can be found in the leaves, flowers, stems, or roots of the plant;
- are very concentrated and potent (1 drop of Peppermint oil = 26 cups of peppermint tea),
- can reach the heart, liver, and thyroid in 3 seconds when inhaled,
- were found in the bloodstream in 26 seconds when applied topically,
- can reach every cell in your body within 20 minutes when applied topically to the body,
- can help repair DNA, and
- can even provide emotional support.
You use them in 3 Ways:
Aromatically
Just breathe in the scent or put some drops in a diffuser
Topically
Apply to your skin with a carrier oil to dilute the absorption.
Internally
Young Living has a line of oils specifically created to ingest called their Vitality line, Create your own supplements by adding these oils to a veggie capsule, or add a drop in your beverages or favorite recipes.

Unfortunately, we can't only rely on food to support our hormones.
Due to poor farming practices, pesticides and weed killers, GMO seeds, etc. food just doesn't have the nutritional value that it used to.
Plus, our meat animals eat these plants and end up being malnourished as well. Not to mention antibiotics and synthetic hormones used and passed on.
