Learn how to make some elderberry syrup to boost your immune system this season.

We’ll also be relaxing before the rush of the holiday season, enjoying one another’s company, and tasty fall snacks and bevies (maybe some pumpkin spice items and decaf coffee??) – possibly a bonfire.

You’ll take home 2 cups of the syrup, unsweetened. Bring a mason jar to take home. You can add your honey (about 1 cup) when you get home – this will save some $$. Just charging for the cost of the berries, divided by the jars made.

The elderberries will be cooking prior to the start of class because they need to boil for an hour or so and then cool a bit before straining out the syrup.
