As a Licensed Spiritual Healer), I offer the following:
- Prayer: We believe that God is the source of all healing and knows our needs before we ask. Clients are free to
express any requests that they’d like prayer for or refrain from this option. Our licensed providers will provide
their services in an attitude of prayer. - Tools: As we coach, demonstrate, educate, empower, mentor, teach, and tutor clients to manage their health and wellness. We have tools that help clients identify options to incorporate. It is at the client’s discretion to add or pass on whatever the tools suggest. These tools include:
- iTOVi scan: The 5-minute scan uses galvanic skin responses/GSR to measure electrical conductivity and identifies the most pronounced changes. When complete, the report shows what essential oils, supplements, enzymes, and products that

trusting that He created our bodies to be fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), having the internal
intelligence to heal itself through God’s wisdom, along with the power of prayer, and also using His incredible
provision of plants (essential oils) for our wellbeing.
“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.” – James 5:14
Will Insurance Cover Your Services or Products?
(From AI)Traditional health insurance policies generally do not cover wellness or health coaching expenses because they are classified as preventive or emerging Category III services rather than medically necessary treatments. However, some employer programs reimburse these costs, and you can use pre-tax accounts with a doctor’s note. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Insurance and Reimbursement Options
HSA and FSA Funds: You can use a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to pay for coaching if your primary doctor writes a formal Letter of Medical Necessity. [1, 2, 3]
Standard Health Plans: Most commercial insurers do not reimburse wellness coaching because coaches lack standard medical diagnostic authority. [1, 2, 3]
Employer Wellness Programs: Some corporate benefits packages offer direct stipends or partial cash-back rewards for lifestyle and health coaching. [1, 2]
Standard health insurance plans do not pay for or reimburse Young Living products, such as essential oils or supplements. Insurance companies generally cover only FDA-approved prescription drugs and medical treatments. They do not classify over-the-counter alternative wellness items as medically necessary care. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]**
Exceptions and Alternative Accounts
Alternative Health Plans: Certain non-traditional health-sharing ministries or niche holistic packages market specific monthly product stipends for alternative brands, but these are distinct from mainstream commercial health insurance. [1, 2]
Health Spending Accounts: Some specialized employer-provided wellness plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) might cover specific supplements or natural products. [1]
Doctor’s Prescription: Coverage through an HSA or FSA typically requires a formal letter of medical necessity or a specific prescription from a doctor stating the product treats a diagnosed medical condition. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
** some Young Living Products are classified as Over the Counter, like the cough drops, chest rub…
No, health insurance will not pay for a raindrop technique session. Health insurance companies classify this practice—which combines aromatherapy, essential oils, and light spinal stroking—as an alternative or wellness therapy rather than a medically necessary treatment. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Why Insurance Excludes It
- Lack of Medical Recognition: Standard medical boards do not recognize the technique as a treatment or cure for any specific medical condition.
- Alternative Classification: Insurers view essential oil application and aromatherapy as lifestyle or relaxation services.
- No CPT Codes: There are no specific medical billing codes designated for this unique procedure. [1]
